This dataset contains polygons which represent areas of forest divided into Phases (1, 2, or 3) that establish boundaries within the Timber Sale Program Adaptive Management Strategy on the Tongass National Forest. Phase 1 - This includes most of the roaded portion of the ASQ land base, along with most of the lower value inventoried roadless areas. This portion of the land base could sustain a level of timber harvest of about 150 MMBF. Phase 2 - This includes Phase 1 lands and most of the moderate value roadless areas. The Phase 2 portion of the ASQ land base could sustain a level of timber harvest of about 200 MMBF. Phase 3 includes the remaining ASQ land base.
