Cook Inlet Response Tool

The Cook Inlet Response Tool (CIRT) is a data integration & visualization product available from the Alaska Ocean Observing System (AOOS) designed to assist responders in the event of an oil spill or other event. The tool was developed in collaboration with the Cook Inlet Regional Citizens' Advisory Council (CIRCAC), the Alaska Ocean Observing System (AOOS), and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
