Southeast Alaska Mammal Distribution

This spatial dataset was used as a basemap for showing presence of mammals in Southeast Alaska, allowing for a high level of detail. The names of islands mentioned in the text "Mammals and Amphibians of Southeast Alaska" mammal distribution reports were associated with this shapefile and those islands have been named. To show presence of a mammal species, a 1 was populated in the attributes for that species at each particular island. The names of the species of interest are listed in Fields below.
